Red and blue 4th of July rosette, already coloured, with a ring of ruffled petals, two long ribbon tails and the words 4th of July in the centre between small stars. Cut it out and pin it on a T-shirt, glue it on a card or use it as a prize badge at the Independence Day party. A few printed together make a patriotic garland for the window.
